MCF, EDI and Other New Features to Scale Your eCommerce Business

Jazva is excited to announce our latest integrations and tools now available in the platform. Over the last month, we’ve been working hard on several enhancements to help online retailers drive more business with more streamlined operations.

Jazva FBAAmazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment is Now in Beta

Amazon MCF is a service similar to FBA, but goes a step further and allows Amazon to pack and ship products that are sold on your own site or other marketplaces.

When a customer orders your products, Amazon fulfills that order for you. Amazon will also handle returns and customer service on your products.

The challenge with Amazon MCF, however, is the difficulty in keeping track of inventory across your channels. Especially now with Amazon’s new FBA pricing structure, sellers will need to be smarter with their inventory in order to avoid stale inventory - that is, paying storage fees for products that don’t sell.

With our latest Amazon integration, you can now submit, track and cancel MCF orders, all within one platform. No more coordinating between several systems to manage MCF. You can also view and manage warehouse inventory, cross-channel shipments and pricing, in addition to keeping all your channels organized and optimized.

Take advantage of Amazon’s fulfillment services without worrying about overstocking. Jazva’s powerful multi-warehouse inventory management and performance analytics capabilities will tell you when, what, and how much to stock for each of your distribution centers.

Jazva Data FeedsData Feeds Now Available

For wholesalers and B2B retailers, you may need to share data and reports with your customers on a regular basis. This could include inventory, order, shipment or fulfillment data.

Jazva's latest electronic data interchange (EDI) feature lets you share and exchange data with customers in new and automated ways. Import and export data directly through email or ftp, or schedule them for automatic feeds.

Data feeds allows users to push inventory and fulfillment data to their customers, or pull order data from their customers through automated feeds. Users will also be able to send custom reports to their customers automatically.

Enhanced Bulk Editing with Improved "Add to Basket" Options

Retailers with thousands of products need bulk editing capabilities if they want to manage their products efficiently. Jazva allows users to modify thousands of items all at once through basket actions, giving them the ability to change categories, update images, adjust pricing and more.

With this enhancement, Jazva has made it easier to manage products in your basket. You can now add multiple item variations to your basket, directly from the product page. This allows you to save more time and reduce errors when managing multiple products.

Pricing Information Now Available on Barcode Labels

Barcode labels are very important for accurate inventory counting and shipment tracking. For wholesalers and retailers looking to resell products, barcode labels can also act as price tags.

With this enhancement, you now have the option of adding MSRP and Price to your barcode labels. If the item price is included in the barcode label, the MSRP will be printed with a strikethrough.

New Channel Setting Option: Import Customers with Orders

When you sell on eBay, you normally don’t get to save the buyer’s information on your address book. But with this new channel setting in Jazva, you can now develop your contact list by importing customer data from any of your marketplace channels except Amazon.

Whenever you import an order, Jazva will recognize the customer and add it directly to your CRM contacts database. This new functionality not only saves you time but it also gives you the ability to retarget those customers who have bought your products.
