Do I have to sign up for an annual contract with Jazva?
No. We offer month-to-month subscriptions; no annual contract is required.
Can I change between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan. You need to notify us by the 15th of the month and the new plan will be activated for the following month. After downgrading your account, if you decide to upgrade back, previous data associated with the loss features will no longer be available in the system and cannot be reinstated.
What does the one-time set-up fee include?
The fee includes configuring new account, assisting with data standardization, customizing connectors, training, and testing. The level of support and assistance depends on your selected pricing plans.
What is standard support?
All pricing plans give you unlimited access to our Help Center and support ticketing via email and live chat. Phone support is available for Extended and Priority support customers.
Do you offer on-going training?
Yes. All plans come with online tutorials. Phone training and support are available for the Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. In-person training can be arranged for an hourly rate. We recommend having a few designated users that learn the system in launch training, and then all in-house questions can be initially directed to the designated user. Of course, contact Jazva for any questions they can’t answer.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled by notifying Jazva by the 15th of the month with the cancellation to take effect the following month. We do not offer refunds. There are no early termination fees, but set-up fees are non refundable.
Do you offer any specials or discounts?
Yes. If you sign up for a one-year prepaid plan, you get 15% off the monthly rate for your selected plan. If you choose annual billing at the discounted rate, you are committing to a full year of service. Monthly overages are not subjected to the 15% discount.
When will I be billed?
The set-up fee is billed at sign up. Based on your pricing plan, your first monthly bill for your subscription will be 30 or 60 days from the date you sign up and provide your payment information UNLESS your order activity is greater than 50 orders per month. Your subscription to our service will automatically renew and billed until you cancel.
How does Jazva’s pricing plan work?
At Jazva, customers are billed based on their selected pricing plan on a monthly basis unless you opt for the annual prepaid pricing plan. Our pricing is based on your order volume, the number of sales channels you use, and product features. Pricing is based on order volume, and not order value.
What is the difference between standard orders and FBA orders?
FBA orders are ONLY sold through the Fulfilled by Amazon network. These orders are processed and shipped exclusively by Amazon’s distribution centers. Standard orders are orders that are fulfilled by any of these methods: shipping labels created in Jazva, dropshipping, multi-channel fulfillment, and 3PLs.
What is 3PL?
An abbreviation for third-party logistics, 3PL provides outsourced logistics and warehouse management services such as support on picking, packing & shipping and sometimes FBA labeling workflow.
