This Month in Jazva: Order Fulfillment Upgrades & Other New Enhancements

At Jazva, we strive to build a platform that not only saves time, but also helps you achieve your business goals. We’re excited to announce our latest functionalities that will streamline your daily tasks and maximize your productivity.

Order Fulfillment Upgrades

Ship Orders to Multiple Addresses: You can now easily ship a single order to multiple addresses in Jazva. An order can be split into different invoices and gift receipts, or be sent as a single multi-parcel invoice. Each destination item can also be customized with soft options.

Carrier-Specific Batch Printing: Batches can now be created and printed based on specific shipping carrier. This allows you to prioritize one carrier over the other based on carrier package pickup times.

Advanced Batch Printing Options: You can now further customize your batches based on components you want to print. The batch item summary, pick list and invoice can be included or excluded when printing your order batch. Your default settings can also be adjusted when printing small pick lists from 4x6 label printers, or when the batch is saved as a PDF.

Batch History Filters: Warehouse and completion status filters have been added in the Batch History page. By default, Jazva will only show incomplete batches from your warehouse. With these new filters, you have better control when searching through your batch history.

Functionality Enhancements

eBay Motors Compatibility Export: Importing and exporting parts compatibility information just got easier. Product-specific compatibility data will now be included when performing a full export. Similarly, exported compatibility data can be imported back easily through Jazva's
Product Import wizard.

Amazon Listings Support for Beauty Products: Required guidelines have been implemented to allow the proper publishing of products under Amazon's "Beauty" category.

New Global Setting: Inventory Adjustment Reasons: You can now require users to select a reason when manually updating inventory. By enabling this setting, reasons will be tracked on the activity log whenever inventory is manually adjusted. Reasons will also be recorded on your financials. This helps control inventory changes made by your users.

New Channel Setting: Last Order Sync Date: A new setting has been added to all marketplace and web store channels. When you import orders, you can now specify a Last Order Sync Date, a filter that tells Jazva to only sync orders that are created or updated after this date.
