Systems Implementation Specialist - 450562

We are looking for people-oriented enthusiasts to help our customers get the most of our e-Commerce SaaS system.



Plan out and assist customers onboarding with Jazva, including the initial assessment of customer’s warehouse and back-office operations, Jazva system setup, integration with various marketplaces and periodical check-ins and status updates.

Perform new customer training sessions, covering all components of the system.

Regular review of customers’ utilization of the system's capabilities to ensure their satisfaction.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email or chat.

Monitor customer complaints and proactively reach out to provide assistance.

Identify customer needs, help customers use specific, new features and functionalities.

Actively contribute to system documentation improvements (customer-facing and internal).

Perform in-house training sessions for other team members working with customer related usage issues as needed.

Required qualifications:

Degree in business information systems, business administration or relevant fields of study is a plus.

Experience in at least one: e-Commerce, accounting, warehouse/inventory management or ERP system.

Experience as an Implementation or Technical Support Specialist or similar CS role.

Solid understanding of accounting concepts.

Solid knowledge of Excel.

Experience with quickbooks, other ERP, WMS, EDI or inventory management systems is a plus.

Experience with Data conversion is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, management and interpersonal skills.

Multi-tasking abilities, patience when handling tough cases.
