Inside Sales Representative (Inbound Qualification) - Pasadena

Role and Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Respond to demo requests
  • Call, qualify & schedule demos
  • Conduct technical interviews with customers to clearly define needs
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the industry and competitors in order to act as a valuable resource to the customer
  • Maintain an accurate sales data base and CRM system
  • Work with Mom and Pop's to Enterprise level customers


  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience
  • Strong experience in eCommerce
  • Possess strong consulting and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized with a demonstrated track record of multi-tasking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and relationships
  • Self-starting fast learner capable of absorbing high volumes of information
